1. Patient Presentation
- A 49-year-old man presented to our department after clinical examination for abdominal pain experienced in the last month, associated with weight loss and nausea.
- He reported no family history of colorectal cancer (CRC) and had performed a fecal occult blood test which resulted negative.
- Considering the low risk of CRC and the patient’s relatively young age, CT colonography was performed.
- Abdominal CT with contrast injection was performed to characterize the lesion.
