    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 15-year-old boy was referred to radiology from the maxillofacial surgery department to determine the nature of a large mass involving both jaws and maxilla.
    • Medical history-taking revealed that he was an immigrant from a developing central African country; no other past clinical history was obtained.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the head and neck was performed.
