    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 75-year-old woman reported watery diarrhoea, abdominal cramps and fever after two weeks of antibiotic therapy for acute right upper lobe pneumonia.
    • The patient had a known long history of irritable bowel syndrome.
    • MDCT of abdomen and pelvis was performed for further evaluation.
