    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 30-day-old girl (born at term) presented with total anomalous venous return
    • She had a history of surgical correction and reorganization of the pulmonary veins
    • A persisting shunt, which could not be localized by invasive catheterization, was present
    • CT angiography of the chest and upper abdomen was performed to visualize the anatomical situation and to identify the level of the shunt persisting after surgical repair
