    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 48-year-old man presented with bulging of the left orbit and orbital erythema. He also complained of headaches.
    • His medical history included a high-speed motor vehicle accident six weeks earlier.
    • Non-enhanced CT of the brain (Figure 1) and CT angiography (Figures 2 and 3) were performed.
