    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 63-year-old man from Kosovo reported being unable to eat solid foods and experiencing bilious
      vomiting.

    • He had increasing anorexia which developed over the last 10 years.
    • The patient was referred for contrast-enhanced abdominal CT.
