    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 44-year-old woman with a long medical history of asthma presented with progressive aggravation of dyspnea.
    • Radiographs showed that the mediastium was enlarged. At fibroscopy, stenosis of the right bronchus was suspected.
    • Thoracic CT was performed at deep inspiration and then at profound expiration, with contrast enhancement.
