    • A 34-year-old man reported diarrhoea and nausea for 5 days with occasional vomiting.
    • He did not have fever. Laboratory tests revealed elevated C-reactive protein (250 mg/l).
    • Abdominal ultrasonography found an unclear mass in the left lower quadrant.
    • Abdominal CT was therefore performed
