    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 26-year-old female secretary presented with weakness and tingling in the right
      arm and diminution of right radial pulse in abduction.

    • Thoracic outlet syndrome was considered a possible diagnosis.

    • Contrast-enhanced CT was performed using a postural manoeuvre (extreme
      abduction) to evaluate the right subclavian artery.
