Value of CT angiography and radiomics for predicting in-stent restenosis after carotid artery stenting

A retrospective study from the Journal of Clinical Medicine evaluated carotid plaque features based on contrast-enhanced CT angiography and radiomics that may be combined to better predict the risk of in-stent restenosis (ISR) after carotid artery stenting (CAS). The combination of radiomics and plaque features, specifically lesion length and thickness, may independently provide a valid prediction of post-CAS ISR.
