Most suspicious CT findings of solitary cystic lung cancer have been identified, with particular attention to radiologic-pathologic relationship

    Following the increasing amount of reports of cystic lung cancer occurrence, a retrospective series of 106 patients tries to identify the most suspicious CT features that may help making an early diagnosis. The possible mechanism behind this disease and its correlation with pathologic findings are also discussed.
