First report of contrast-enhanced CT and MR enterography for the non-invasive evaluation of portal hypertension enteropathy in a cirrhotic patient

    A recent case report from Radiology Case Reports demonstrated for the first time the diagnostic advantage of contrast-enhanced CT and MR enterography for the assessment of portal hypertension enteropathy (PHE) in a cirrhotic patient. These imaging techniques can provide an easy, safe and exhaustive characterization of PHE while avoiding invasive procedures.
