A study from Emergency Radiology assessed the performance of abdominal contrast-enhanced CT in differentiating pneumatosis from pseudo-pneumatosis by using imaging features supported by artificial intelligence techniques. A checklist of three specific imaging signs, as proposed in this study, can be a valid tool to discriminate between these two gastrointestinal conditions.
