[¹⁸F]FDG PET with contrast-enhanced CT imaging helps identify radiogenomic markers for a significant risk stratification of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

In a retrospective analysis aimed at identifying radiogenomic markers to stratify risk in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, the combination of PET/CT radiomic and pathway-level genomic features showed a high prognostic performance, able to guide the development of effective targeted therapies for this type of patients.
