This is one of the best books on MDCT that I have ever owned. The third edition of Multislice CT, recently published in January 2009, has been extensively revised. Hot topics, for example 320-slice CT systems (technology and clinical applications), flat-detector C-arm systems, and dual-energy CT, are described in depth. This book did not start as a “CT book” that evolved into an “MDCT book”, but instead was designed from the beginning to serve as the reference MDCT book for both certified radiologists and radiologists in training.
